Every first Sunday we will enjoy an SRF monastic-led video guided meditation at our chapel.

About the event
The first Sunday guided meditation will take place from 10:00-10:50 AM, followed by a ten minute intermission before the lecture service. Please be sure to arrive early so as not to disrupt the meditation. Thank you!
